Recipes are always shared by friends and family. These are the ones that have been passed down from generation to generation and do not get the honour of being published as the "best dish ever". I've tried them and I've proclaimed them to be so...and that's why they are here.

Fruit Curry
Soak some sultanas in boiling water for a few hours before cooking starts
Heat some butter in the wok/pan add a teaspoon of Cumin a teaspoon of Tumeric, tsp of powdered ginger, tsp of cayenne pepper and a tablespoon of curry powder dice some apples add to the wok cook till they start to soften open and tin of pineapple strain keeping the juice and add the pineapple to the apple cook for 5 mins dust flour over and stir it in to thicken the sauce add the raisins and water you soaked them in to the wok and also the pineapple juice stir wel add 2 teaspoons of Garam Masala (optional)l cover and simmer for 10 to 15 mins

If you want to do a chicken and fruit curry add a chopped onion and diced chicken at the start with the spices and when the chicken is looking it is nearly cooked add the fruit.
